Whether in rl or sl, Spring is always a fantastic time to freshen up your wardrobe. Throw out the old and replace with lots of nice new items. Thats exactly what I was doing recently when I came across these fantastic light blue jeans and silk shirt from Immerschoen and decided to put together a new casual look for spring. Continue reading
Yes it’s that time of year again, it only seems like yesterday when I was skating round and round the RFL track on the final day of events and yet here it is again, and yesterday to start off the proceedings the amazing RFL Clothing Fair 2010 opened its doors. This year the Fair is split over nine fantastic sims, London, Melbourne, Milan, Rio De Janiero, Paris, New Delhi, New York City and Tokyo, each with its own very kind sponsor, unique builder and fabulous designers. The designs cover all styles, looks and budgets so there really is something for everyone.
It’s always fantastic to find new releases that you really love and when I first saw the Betty Dot dress released this week by HopScotch I was very happy. This very cute and and retro style dress is available in twelve awesome colors and is the perfect spring time dress. It is designed with a very cute sculpted skirt and comes with an added jacket and little flower on the colar, along with a pair of very cute three quarter length jeans with prim cuffs, finished off with a matching belt. The best thing about the Betty Dot dress is that it is so very versatile and with all the added parts can be worn in so many different ways. Here I decided to wear only the dress without the added jacket and jeans, and add a black cardigan from COCO, with ripped fishnet tights from Blowpop. I finished off the outfit with my new favorite Laceup boots in red from ANEXX along with a matching red flower, modified from a hair piece and headed off to explore the fantastic Lemondrops Forest Sim.

It’s February and still we have snow in England so I decided to cheer myself up by putting on SySy’s new Liberty Dress and heading off to a nice sunny sim to enjoy the sunshine. The sim is Wizardhat Studios, a very peaceful place with quaint little buildings and full of gorgeous colorful flowers, an ideal setting for this pretty summer dress. Liberty is available in five beautiful colors, above I am wearing it in icecream. Each color is designed using a wonderful sparkling texture and is cut low at the front with a halterneck strap, making it perfect for the summer. I wanted to keep a simple carefree look whilst walking in the flowers so wore the new Xanthe hair from LeLutka and instead of jewelry added a big hair flower from LaGyo. I finished off the look with one of my freckled skins from Atomic.
I decided today to take some time away from my usual casual style clothing and try on the new Diamond are Forever range of gowns from Mohna Lisa Couture. After winning the title of Miss Mohna Lisa Couture last month, I had the honour of receiving some of these fabulous gowns and most recently, Mohna Lisa’s latest release of the very stunning Diamond gowns. While out searching for a particular hair store the other day, I came across a very cool little shop called Ty Zvezda. For someone with a huge love of shopping, I cannot believe I have not found this store before now. This cool and funky store sells some of the cutest shoes, bags and dresses I have seen. I could not resist this Koale Dress in Fuscia and rushed straight home to to try it on.
This is my first post to the new Timeless blog and a big thank you to Pyper for inviting me to blog here. With this fresh start to what was a fantastic agency, I decided a fresh new hair was in order too, so when I received a notecard featuring the new releases at LeLutka today, I rushed over there and grabbed this super cool new Jeniffer hair.
